Choy was the cyclist awarded the gold medal for best Olympic Spirit... O wait, they give medals for ATHLETIC feats.
Granger decided to dress all in red...you know....for the Olympics.
joe was so very excited about the positive response his new bike was receiving that he decided to take a "cross Asia journey" - unfortunately he planned his first leg through Tibet...
thus the caption reads:

Hoopil was gingerly crossing the street, carrying her usual assortment of cloths, clothes, and creams, when out of nowhere, a cycling, communist, Olympic-hopeful crossed her path, which of course, is bad luck in Indo-China.
